Dependent upon location and date/time of wedding, for £1,259 you would get:
Coverage of all pre-wedding events: From the moment that you engage us as your personal wedding photographer, we can be on hand to cover all those events which build up the absolute fullest story of your wedding. This could typically include:
· Purchasing the ring
· Choosing the dresses
· Previewing the reception venue
· Writing the invites
Pre-wedding Shoot 1: One pre-wedding photoshoot of bride and groom informally dressed, on location or in studio (dependent on seasonal weather), with a CD of compressed images. (Typically two months prior to wedding date)
Pre-wedding Shoot 2: One pre-wedding photoshoot of your choice, on location or in studio (dependent on seasonal weather), with a CD of compressed images.
This can vary from full dress rehearsal with bride, groom and attendants, or family groups, just bride and bridesmaids etc, intimate portraits of bride, or any combination of these or others. It’s your call. (Typically within two weeks prior to wedding date)
Coverage of rehearsal (as appropriate): Coverage of the wedding rehearsal, with resultant images added to wedding DVD as extras.
Full coverage of day (from make-up to first dance): Full coverage of your big day, to include (dependent upon locations /times etc):
· With bride & attendants during frantic and frenzied preparations
· Bride and attendants leaving home
· Groom and Best Man waiting at wedding venue
· Arrival of bride etc at wedding venue
· Wedding Service – if permitted by venue
· Signing of register
· Bride & Groom exiting venue
· Group shots
· Separate location shots of bride and groom (if appropriate/required)
· Candid and informal shots during reception and speeches
· Cutting the cake
· The Bride & Groom’s first dance
2 Albums, each of at least 50 pages: Two good quality Album with at least 50 pages in each, including some composite images, telling the story of your big day from beginning to end (well almost!)
CD of compressed images: All images taken, including formal, informal, candid and out-takes, will be presented in compressed format with company logo on a CD, which can be copied and distributed at leisure.
DVD slideshow with incidental music: Professionally edited DVD of main images from the day in slideshow format with appropriate incidental music. This DVD will play on your TV-DVD player and is in large screen format (4:3) for enhanced viewing.
Secure on-line purchase gallery for guests: Prints would be available to purchase from our website (in a private gallery accessible only by password control) at £6.99 for 8 x 10 unframed glossy print and £4.99 for 5 x 7.
Full DVD of all large format images: One or more DVDs of all the images taken throughout your wedding and preparations. These images would be full-sized large-format jpg, typically between 4,000 KB and 6,000 KB each, without company logo, and would be printable on good quality paper to over 4 feet in height.
This package is available only upon the condition that you sign a public release form, allowing us to use a limited number of images in our advertising material.
Payment terms would be detailed in the contract, and are typically (a) £200 deposit at time of booking, (b) second payment of £800 payable at least 10 days prior to wedding date, and (c) remainder to be paid on receipt of CD, DVD and album.
Price – Price listed above is only a guide and can be dependent upon many factors – number of persons attending – location within UK – discounts are available for weekday weddings for example. We would prefer to sit down with you over coffee and biscuits to discuss your individual needs and expectations.
